Request you to please check once that funds have been transferred from a bank account linked to RYZ MARKET. For UPI transfers as well, since a UPI ID may be linked to multiple bank accounts, do check that the mandate was accepted from a bank account linked with RYZ MARKET. 

If you have transferred funds from an account that is not verified and linked to RYZ MARKET account, funds will be refunded in 5-7 business days. As per regulations, we cannot accept funds from a bank account not verified and linked to your RYZ MARKET account.
