Under what circumstances RYZ MARKET will automatically close my positions / trades?

RYZ MARKET will automatically close your positions or trades under following conditions -

Intraday positions that are not squared off by 3:20 PM
Mark to market positions, when the position or trade is running a risk of margin shortfall or obligation towards payin.
Negative balance or margin on a position
Margin call
Any other situation that calls for Gill Broking to square off or close your position.
