What is a Margin trading facility(MTF)?

Margin Trading gives the facility of investing more than your investment capacity. Margin is a loan from your stock broker and buying with margin means borrowing money from your broker to buy securities. The act of buying using margin implies that the trader only pays a percentage of the asset value where the rest is paid using the margin loan. You can use your existing shares as margin and start a trade with zero upfront cash.
