What is TOTP? How do I set 2FA TOTP up in my account?
As per new exchange compliance regulations, it is mandatory to set 2FA up in your account by September 30th, 2022. 2FA adds an extra layer of protection in addition to your account password and can be either:
  • TOTP
  • SMS & E-mail-based OTP with 1 day validity
  • Biometric (on mobile phones)

Kindly note that Every day once OTP will be generated and the same will be valid for a day.

From October 1st, 2022, you will not be able to access our trading platforms without having one of the above enabled in your account.
